SHIPPING POLICY
We care about the environment, to reduce waste, we package our products in the smallest packaging possible. Most products come in a resealable bag and if possible are shipped in a poly mailing envelope.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Covered in Comfort, LLC warrants that all products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. Upon receipt of a defective product, we will either provide customer with a replacement product, repair the product, or issue a full refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
Covered in Comfort, LLC is not liable for any other costs or expenses including lost profits or direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages.
